   You can do this easy exercise even in bed if you cannot lie down on the floor.

   T e c h n i q u e . Lie down on your back and pull your feet close to the body so that the knees are brought up. Place your hands by the sides and close your eyes; let them rest.

   Now raise your back and buttocks off the floor and at the same time inhale a deep breath. Retain it as long as you can and keep the posture, arching the back as much as possible; then axhale the breath while lowering your back to the floor.

   T i m e . Repeat the exercise 3 to 4 times.

   B e n e f i t s . Don't ever skip this exercise if you have a weak or aching back, as it strengthens the back and relieves it from sacroiliac troubles.
